• Extended access to course content or personalized support to address specific issues.
• Refunds beyond the 24 hours window if there are verified technical issues preventing access to the course.

4. Refunds for Subscription-Based Courses

If you are enrolled in a subscription plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle once payment is processed. Access will remain available until the end of the paid term.
